  LEADER OF MOSCOW REBELLION ARRESTED 
  Russian police have arrested one of 
  the leaders of the parliamentary    
  revolt against President Yeltsin.   
                                      
  Viktor Anpilov, head of the Working 
  Russia Communist Group, was held at 
  a country house near Tula city.     
                                      
  Moscow prosecutors have said formal 
  charges against the leaders of      
  Sunday's rebellion might not bj     
  brought for another sjvjn days.     
                                      
  Meanwhile, 49 bodies have been      
  found in Moscow's White House,      
  scene of Monday's fierce fighting.  
 
