  YELTSIN SUSPENDS RUSSIAN COURT      
  President Yeltsin has suspended     
  Russia's constitutional court in    
  the latest move designed to crush   
  opposition to his reforms.          
                                      
  He said the court had "played a     
  negative and collaborationist role" 
  in this week's political violence.  
                                      
  Earlier hj issued a decree          
  disbanding Moscow city council and  
  other councils in the capital.      
                                      
  He said elections for the councils  
  would take place at the same time   
  as the elections for a new          
  parliament on 12 December.          
