  S AFRICA SANCTIONS LIFTED TOMORROW  
  The UN General Assembly will vote   
  tomorrow on lifting economic        
  sanctions against South Africa.     
                                      
  However a spokeswoman said there    
  was likely to be a delay before the 
  oil embargo against the country was 
  lifted.                             
                                      
  The vote comes two weeks after ANC  
  President Nelson Mandela urged the  
  UN to lift economic sanctions.      
                                      
  Mr Mandela called for lifting the   
  restrictions because of progress in 
  creating a non-racial, multi-party  
  democracy in South Africa.          
