Halfway through a two year investigation RADAR's report DISABLED PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS suggests that delays, ambiguous criteria, service charges and lack of involvement are behind over 500 complaints received this year. This means that wheelchair users no longer have to travel at certain times, nor give advance notice of their intended journey.
