  BOTTOMLJY SPEECH DELAYED BY PROTEST 
  Protesters at the London School of  
  Economics forced the Health         
  Secretary to delay a speech she     
  made earlier this evening.          
                                      
  A spokesman for the LSE said a      
  group of "activists" were shouting  
  before Virginia Bottomley arrived.  
                                      
  Mrs Bottomley was to have delivered 
  her speech in the lecture theatre   
  to an open audience, but was        
  instead taken to a reception room   
  where she addressed invited guests. 
                                      
  The LSE denied reports that Mrs     
  Bottomley had been pelted with eggs 
