  PEERS CLASH OVER JOBLESS TOTAL      
  Tory and Labour peers have clashed  
  over the latest jobless figures.    

  Junior employment minister Lord     
  Henley welcomed September's 13,600  
  fall in unemployment.               
                                      
  He told Question Time that it       
  easily cancelled out rises over the 
  previous two months.                
                                      
  But Labour's Lord Dormand protested 
  over long-term unemployment.        
