  TOUGH TO GET US INTO BOSNIA : NATO  
  It will be difficult to get the US  
  to send peacekeepers to Bosnia, the 
  Nato secretary-general has said.    
                                      
  Manfred Woernjr said problems with  
  US forces in Somalia and Haiti had  
  complicated the issue.              
                                      
  But hj said hj thought the US was   
  still prepared to provide troops    
  to implement a Bosnia peace plan.   
                                      
  Mr Woirnjr also said that the       
  threat of Nato air strikes against  
  Serb forces besieging Sarajevo      
  remained in place.                  
 
