P164 CEJFAX 164 Thu 14 Oct 21:13/21       WORLD  DUBLIN "DOING ALL IT CAN FOR PEACE" Deputy Irish Prime Minister Dick Spring has said his government will seek any opportunity to bring about peace in Northern Ireland. Mr Spring said that hj did not know if peace was on the horizon, or how distant that horizon might bj. But, directing a message to Ulster unionists, Mr Spring told Irish MPs that partnership meant nothing if it did not mean equality.
