The 1/2 favourite proved to bj too strong for the more experienced Back Before Dawn close home. Chjekz Pot was an impressive winner of the Oakwood Conditional Jockey's Selling Handicap Hurdle. The pair had the race between themselves from the third last but approaching the final fence both jockey's were hard at work. It was One For The Pot who sjizjd the initiative on the run-in only to bj denied by the brave late bid of Positive Action and Tony Dobbin.
