  LABOUR "WILL FIGHT NHS REFORMS"     
  Labour will oppose Virginia         
  Bottomley's latest NHS reforms,     
  David Blunkjtt has said.            
                                      
  He said: "How many jobs are going   
  to go? How much money is going to   
  bj saved and how much redundancy    
  payment will there be?"             
                                      
  The reforms showed an "abdication   
  of responsibility by the Secretary  
  of State and ministers for the      
  running of the NHS".                
                                      
  "This is a shoddy statement from a  
  Secretary of State who is a spent   
(5 force," hj added.                   
