  BOSNIA POLICE ARREST 10 AID LOOTERS 
  Police have arrested 10 people in   
  the Bosnian village of Ticici who   
  were suspected of looting UN aid    
  convoys, local residents have said. 
                                      
  Protesters blocked two convoys in   
  Ticici yesterday and looted some    
  100 flour sacks from one of them.   
                                      
  Police dispjrsjd the crowd using    
  tear gas and warning shots.         
                                      
  The UN has said it may suspend aid  
  operations in central Bosnia dui to 
  the growing threat of violence.     
