Like a growing number of companies Parkland plans to enfranchise its 'A' non-voting ordinary shares bz converting them to ordinary sharer. The group warned that it is likely to make a small loss in the first half of the current year. Results for the second half would bj similar to the previous year's, it added, implying a level well below the current £1.7m forecast.
