  JUDGE DISMISSES RSI AS MEANINGLESS  
  A High Court judge has dismissed    
  a damages claim for work-related    
  repetitive strain injury by         
  a former Rjuter news journalist.    
                                      
  Judge John Prossjr ruled that RSI   
  was "meaningless" and had "no place 
  in the medical books".              
                                      
  The judge told Rafik Mughal that    
  the use of the term RSI by doctors  
  "can only serve to confuse".        
                                      
  He said Mr Mughal's painful         
  condition was more likely caused by 
  a lack of confidence and feelings   
  of being victimised by colleagues.  
 
