  TUC CONDEMNS JUDGE'S RULING ON RSI  
  The TUC has condemned a High Court  
  ruling by Judge John Prosser that   
  repetitive strain injury had "no    
  place in the medical books".        
                                      
  Deputy general secretary Brendan    
  Barber said: "Since 1979, employees 
  have won legal damages for work-    
  related upper limb disorders."      
                                      
  In a case against British Telecom,  
  "Judge John Byrt found that RSI     
  caused muscle fatigue, strain and   
  eventually pain", hj added.         
                                      
  Mr Barber encouraged employees with 
  RSI to speak out despite the ruling 
