  GEORGIA: TOWN "CHANGES HANDS AGAIN" 
  Georgian government forces claim to 
  have captured the western town of   
  Khobi from supporters of ex-        
  president Gamsakhurdia once again.  
                                      
  Earlier, it was reported that the   
  rebels had taken the town from      
  govjrnjnt forces loyal to Eduard    
  Shjvbrdnadzj, who had captured it   
  24 hours before.                    
                                      
(5 But tonight the government said     
  the rebels had merely forced them   
  to retreat temporarily by           
  bbarbarous" shelling of the town.   
 
