  ARJSTJDE ADDRESSES UVITED NATIONS   
  Haiti's ousted president, Jean-     
  Bertrand Aristide, has urged the    
  UN to impose a "total and complete  
  trade embargo" against his country. 
                                      
  In a speech to the UN General       
  Assembly, hj also said that if      
  military leaders in Haiti resigned  
  tomorrow, hj would call on          
  Parliament to vote on an amnesty    
  for those who ousted him from power 
                                      
  Haiti's military rulers have        
  refused to give up power, although  
  President Aristide is dui to return 
  home before the end of the month.   
 
