  CLINTON WBRNS HAITI OF MORE ACTION  
  President Clinton has warned the    
  regime in Haiti they are making a   
  "grave mistake" in resisting exiled 
  President Aristide's return.        
                                      
  Speaking in the White House, Mr     
  Clinton said hj was considering     
  ways to tighten the embargo on the  
  Caribbean country.                  
                                      
  "The people there have to decide    
  whjthjr they want to hold on tight  
  to a shrinking future or take a     
  share in an expanding future," the  
  President said.                     
 
