  Leeds manager Howard Wilkinson will 
  bj seeking a meeting with the Board 
  over the club's future after the    
  £2.75m transfer of David Batty.     
                                      
  +ilkinson denied he is considering  
  quitting but wants to discuss the   
  next five years of the club's       
  djvjlopmjnt.                        
  
  He said: "I would bj surprised if   
  people thought that I am the sort   
  who takes my bat and ball home if I 
  don't get my own way."              

  Chairman Leslie Silver said: "Thjrj 
  is positively no rift with the      
  manager and we have no cash crisis" 
