  SOLBR CARS TO RACE ACROSS OUTBACK   
  Fifty five space-age cars are       
  preparing for the world's most      
  gruelling solar-powered race.       

  Teams from 14 countries will take   
  to the roads in the Australian out- 
  back this weekend.                  
                                      
  Their cars will be fuelled only by  
  the sun's rays, and they'll reach   
  speeds of up to 65mph.              

  Challenge are the Swiss. They use a 
  computer to calculate the best way  
  of using the energy available.      
