  ARGUMENT OVER RICE AND CONCRETE ART 
  A fierce argument is raging between 
  art lovers and critics over this    
  year's Turner Psi:j for modern art. 
                                      
  One of the shortlisted works is a   
  huge pile of rice with neon lights  
  which was created by Vong Pao-pan.  
                                      
  Another was made by filling a room  
  with concrete and then removing the 
  outer bricks.                       
                                      
  Some people dismiss them both and   
  say they can't bj classed as art.   
  Others argue the criticisms are a   
  sign that people don't appreciate   
  something that is new to them.      
