  EX-FIREMAN AIMS FO SAILINGRECORD 
  A former fireman is to make an      
  attempt to beat a 22-year-old       
  sailing record.                     
                                      
  Mike Golding plans to sail single-  
  handedly non-stop around the world  
  "the wrong way", following in the   
  steps of yachtsman Chay Blyth.      
                                      
  Mr Golding, from Berkshire, will    
  leave Southampton on Novjmbjr 21    
  and will sail from the east to the  
  west.                               
                                      
  He aims to complete his journey in  
  180 days, which would knock 100     
  days off Chaz Blyth's record.       
