  "DANGEROUS" PRISONER ON THE RUN     
  Police have warned the public not   
  to approach a 23-year-old prisoner  
  who is on the run after scaling a   
  prison fence.                       
                                      
  Michael Wilmont, who was serving    
  three and half years for burglary   
  escaped from Downview prison in     
  Banstead, Surrey.                   
                                      
  Scotland Yard described him as      
  "dangerous".                        
