  US CONCERN OVER BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS  
  The US has 3aid it is concerned     
  Russia may not have fully stopped   
  its work on biological weapons.     
                                      
  Part of the concern has been blamed 
  on a "biological infrastructure"    
  with no apparent commercial purpose 
  found by US and British experts.    
                                      
  But the Washington Post also said a 
  Russian scientist who defected to   
  the US last year gave an account of 
  secret research into germ warfare.  
                                      
  President Yeltsin admitted Russia   
  violated a 1972 treaty banning      
  biological arms at least until 1990 
