  SOLAR CARS TRY TO BEAT COLD WEATHER 
  A group of solar-powered cars will  
  set off this weekend to try to      
  prove that the vehicles can work    
  well in cloudy weather.             
                                      
  $hj four environmjntall9-friendly   
  cars will race from Germany to the  
  Netherlands.                        
                                      
  However, without extra power from   
  batteries, the maximum speed they   
  can reach in overcast conditions is 
  just 30 mph.                        
                                      
  It could bj a very long journey for 
  them all!                           
