  up at Staffordshire Royal Infirmary 

  $hj report was commissioned after a 
  wrongly-programmed machine meant    
  about 500 patients were given too   
  little radiation during treatment.  

  Shadow Health Secretary David       
  Blunkjtt said the DoD had to ensure 
  radiotherapy was up to standard.    
