P162 CEEFAX 162 Fri 6 May 21:11/37 )|l4|l4|,      WORLD  UN VOTES FOR SANCTIONS ON HAITI The United Nations Security Council has voted to tighten sanctions against Haiti's military rulers. $hj move is intended to exert pressure on Haiti to allow the return of President Jean Bertrand Aristide, who was ousted in 1991. $hj Council voted unanimously to place an embargo on almost all trade with Haiti and to ban all aircraft except scheduled passenger flights with kffect from 21 May.
