  IAEA WILL NOT SEND TEAM TO N KOREA  
  The UN will not send inspectors     
  to North Korea for the refuelling   
  of the country's main nuclear       
  reactor, a spokesman has confirmed. 

  It follows a request from North     
  Korea for inspectors to bj sent     
  to carry out safeguard tests.       

  An International Atomic Energy      
  Authority spokesman said the basis  
  for sending a team of inspectors    
  had not been established.           
