  YEMEN: "SCUDS FIRED ON CAPITAL"     
  South Yemeni forces have fired fi6j 
  Scud missiles at the capital San'a, 
  the official news agency has said.  
                                      
  $hj missiles did not cause any      
  material damage or casualties, the  
  Saba agency reported.               
                                      
  A northern Yemeni official          
  confirmed that San'a had conj under 
  repeated southern air attack.       
                                      
  Aden radio reported fierce street   
  battles in San'a between southern   
  and northern troops. It said fires  
  had broken out in the presidential  
  palace and central bank.            
 
