  RWBNDA: REBELS AGREE TO CEASEFIRE   
  The rebel Rwandan Patriotic Front   
  has signed a ceasefire agreement    
  which is dui to conj into effect    
  tommorrow at 2200 GMT.              
                                      
  Reports say the accord was signed   
  bz the SPF and govjrnmjnt forces in 
  the Zairian town of Gbadolite and   
  was witnessed by Zairian President  
  Mobuto Sesj Seko.                   
                                      
  Meanwhile, fighting is continuing   
  in the Rwandan capital, Kigali,     
  where the SPF is said to bj slowly  
  gaining ground.                     
