  MAN JAILED FOR LIFE FOR MURDER      
  A man has been jailed for life for  
  murdering a women with half a pair  
  of garden shears and a hammer.      
                                      
  The judge at Nottingham Crown Court 
  recommended that David Bond sjrvj a 
  minimum of 40 years.                
                                      
  He was convicted of stabbing and    
  bludgeoning Debbie Buxton to death  
  on the edge of the River Dove,      
  Marsdjn-upon-Dove, last April       
                                      
  After the verdict it emerged that   
  Bond had a string of previous       
  convictions for attacking women.    
 
