  "NO MISUSE" OF N KOREAN ATOMIC RODS 
  North Korea has not diverted fuel   
  from a nuclear reactor, US Defence  
  Secretary William Perry has said.   
                                      
  Mr Perry said North Korea had       
  allowed inspectors from the         
  International Atomic Energy Agency. 
                                      
  But the IAEA and North Korea are    
  still at odds over how to monitor   
  the removal of the rest of the      
  nearly 8,000 nuclear fuel rods.     
                                      
  The Pentagon said the fuel rods     
  contain enough plutonium to make    
  several nuclear bombs.              
 
