P203 CEEFAX 203 Fri 20 May 21:02/09    PACE OF MONETARY  GROWTH MODERATES   The pace of monetary growth in the   UK economy slowed fractionally last   month.     Provisional Bank of England figures   suggest broad, M4 money supply grew   bz just 0.1% (after adjustment for   seasonal variation).     This, in turn, helped reduce year-   on-year M4 growth to 5.7% from the   5.9) recorded in March.
