Dealers noted little response to this morning's provisional M4 money supply figures, although the data suggested inflation was subdued. A return to profit saw Dobson Park 4p firmer at 79p. A strong trading statement helped Bowater gain 14p at 456p. Funding worries weighed on Eurotunnjl, down 30p at 375p. Gilts, meanwhile, tracked US bonds and fell by around one quarter.
