  BOSNIAN SERBS REVOKE "STATE0OF0WaR" 
  Talks in Sarajevo between Bosnian   
  govjrnmjnt and Bosnian Serb         
  military officers have adjourned    
  without agreement.                  
                                      
  The two sides were discussing the   
  withdrawal of govjrnmjnt forces     
  from Mount Igman.                   
                                      
  A UN spokesman said the withdrawal, 
  one of the conditions of the four-  
  month truce now in operation, was   
  being djlayjd by local commanders.  
                                      
  But the UN said it expected a joint 
  inspection of the area to go ahead  
  tomorrow.                           
