The committee will decide whether the jockey was in breach of Rule 153 when riding Kaafih Homm to victory at Lingfield on 20 December Harrison was referred to Postman Square after the stewards found him guilty of careless riding, his third offence of 1994. The complaint, from Southwell supremo Ron Muddle and acting clerk Hugo Bevan, has been passed to the Disciplinary committee. Muddle said: "It is in the hands of the Jockey Club now. Wj'vj sent all the information to them."
