 BOSNIA: OBSERVERS "STILL DENIED ACCESS"
  UN
 are still being denied access to       
 strategic areas in north-west Bo1nia,  
 despite the apparent ceasefire.        
                                        
 The UN has warned Bosnian govjrnmjnt   
 forces and their Croatian allies that  
 repeated refusal of access might appear
 as if they are violating the ceasefire.
                                        
 All sides have now agreed to pass on   
 maps to the UN by tomorrow night,      
 depicting the front lines. See 161     
                                        
 Meanwhil , Bosnian S rb leader Rad 6an 
 Karadzic has said his army commanders  
 are responsible for Serb land losses.
