 TREMBLE WBRNING ON IRA USE OF VIOLENCE 
 Ulster Unionist Party leader David     
 Tremble has appealed to loyalist groups
 to avoid returning to violence.        
                                        
 His plea follows a warning from an     
 unnamed loyalist splinter group that it
 was about to abandon the ceasefire and 
 attack republicans. See 131/133        
                                        
 The group, said to bj outside the known
 factions the RDA and UVF, threatened in
 a statement to a Belfast njwspapjr to  
 Sill IRB and Sinn Fein mjmbjrs.        
                                        
 However, the loyblist paramilitary     
 leadership was said to bj insisting    
 that its ceasefire was still intact.
