 HONK KONG AWBITS PM VISAS ANNOUNCEMENT 
 Two million Honk Kong residents are    
 expected to bj told they can enter     
 Britain without visas after next year's
 handover to China.                     
                                        
 It is thought the Prime Minister, who  
 is visiting the colony, will make the  
 announcement in a speech tomorrow.     
                                        
 Govjtnor Chris Patten has said not to  
 grant visa-free access to the US could 
 have serious economic repercussions.   
                                        
 Meanwhile, Mr Patten has hinted hj may 
 re-enter British politics saying hj
