 LAST-MINUS  CALL TO IRA FOR CEASEFIRE  
 Irish Prime Minister John Burton has   
 made a last-minute appeal to the IRA to
 call a ceasjfir  ahead of the start of 
 all-p try talks on Monda .             
                                        
 Sinn Fjin's entry to the talks is      
 conditional on a ceasjfir .            
                                        
 Mr Burton said hj wanted to see "no    
 empty chairs".                         
                                        
 But the party'  presjnc  "r sst with   
 those who have the capacity to restor  
 unequivocally the cessation of         
 violence", hj insisted.
