 SONY TIPPED FOR 900-JOB TV PLANT SCHEME
 Electronics giant Sony is staying      
 silent ovjt reports it is set to create
 anothjt 900 jobs at a plant which makes
 TV sets.                               
                                        
 The expansion would take the workforce 
 at the complex near Bridgjnd, Mid      
 Glamorgan, to more than 5,000.         
                                        
 Sony is said to have discussed a multi-
 million pound development with the     
 Welsh Office at its Tokyo HQ.          
                                        
 The firm is not commenting but council 
 officials are expecting an announcement
