 HESELTINE ATTACKS LABOUR'S BUSINESS CON
 The Deputy Prime Minister has accused  
 Labour of "deluding" business with     
 its EU stance.                         
                                        
 Michael Hesjltinj told the CBI that    
 Labour was committed to the social     
 chapter and that needed to be exposed. 
                                        
 Defence Secretary Michael Portillo     
 has also accused Labour of disguising  
 the implications of its European policy
                                        
 Shadow Chancellor Gordon Brown is set  
 to tell the CBI that Labour will insist
