 Police will get the power to confiscate
 alchol from underage drinkjts in shh   
 street, undjt a Private Members Bill.  
                                        
 Children will not get a criminal record
 but their parents will be told.        
                                        
 Plans are in a Bill bz Tory MP Robert  
 Spins on behalf of the Home Office.    
 Under-18s are forbidden to buy alcohol 
 but thjte is no law against buying it. 
                                        
 Home Secretary Michael Howard says the 
 move will help crackdown on a minority
