 REDUNDANCY RATE FEEDING JOB INSECURJTZ 
 Nearly three-quartets of firms made    
 workjts redundant last year, despite an
 improvement in the economy, according  
 to a report.                           
                                        
 The Institute of Personnel and         
 Development says turnovjt among part-  
 time staff is around 30% - twice that  
 of full-time workjts.                  
                                        
 It says redundancy rates may bj adding 
 to people's sjnsj of job insecurity.   
                                        
 The survey of 5,000 staff shows half of
