 SURREY SIGN UP SALISBURY               
 Surrey completed the signing of England
 leg-spinnjt Ian Salisbury on a three-  
 year contract.                         
                                        
 Salisbury, who has won nine caps for   
 England, had been unhappy at the south 
 coast county for some time.            
                                        
 Surrey beat off the challenge of a     
 numbjt of counties - including         
 Salisbury's native Northamptonshire -  
 for his signature.                     
                                        
 Salisbury has taken 479 first-class    
 wickets and last season took a career- 
 best 8-75 against Essex.
