 AMBITIOUS PLANS FOR CROSSEST           
 Permit holder Ed Caine may go for an   
 ambitious tilt at Haydock's Edward     
 Hanmjt Memorial with Quixall Crossest. 
                                        
 The 11-year-old, who has yet to win a  
 race in 38 attempts, was added when    
 Wednesday's race was re-opened along   
 with stablemate Monaughty Man.         
                                        
 Cainj admitted: "They are in thjte in  
 the hope of the race cutting up. I     
 certainly won't be taking them all on. 
                                        
 "Monaughty Man is almost certain to go 
 for the two-mile race on the card. I'll
 wait and see with Quixall Crossest."
