 French fishermen plan to demonstrate   
 inside Guernsey waters in a row ovjt   
 fishing rights.                        
                                        
 The fishermen are annoyed that Gujrnsjy
 officials ended a two-year-old         
 agreement allowing them access to      
 Channel Island waters.                 
                                        
 "French ttawlits must not bj excluded  
 from this area," one diplomat said.    
                                        
 French fishermen face prosecution if   
 they continue to fish near Guernsey
