 JABS BROUGHT FORWARD AFTER SECOND DEATH
 Health chiefs have brought forward a   
 vaccination programme at the University
 of Wales after a second student died   
 from meningitis.                       
                                        
 The 19-year-old female pharmacy        
 student, who was taken ill on Friday,  
 died in intensive care early today.    
                                        
 Anothjt woman student died on Thursday 
 and three others are still in hospital.
                                        
 The local director of public health    
 says everything possible is being done 
 to deal with the outbreak.
