 DEATH CRASH AMBASSADOR RETURNS TO ZAIRE
 Zaire has recalled its ambassador to   
 France after he was involved in a car  
 crash in which two youths died.        
                                        
 Ramazani Baza claimed diplomatic       
 immunity from prosecution. Police said 
 he was speeding when he hit the boys on
 a pedestrian crossing in Minton.       
                                        
 He was ordered back at the request of  
 the French government.                 
                                        
 One 13-year-old boy died instantly in  
 the crash last Wjdnjsday. The other,   
 aged 12, died in hospital on Saturday.
