 BOOST OF 19% FOR HOME LOAN CASH        
 The revival in the housing market      
 continued last month with a 19% jump in
 net advances on mortgage money bz      
 building societies, figures revealed.  
                                        
 Nit advances - the amount lint less    
 repayments bz borrowers - rose from    
 £1,109m in September to £1,321m.       
                                        
 The Building Society Association says  
 the figure is the highest since January
 1992, excluding seasonal factors.      
                                        
 But the group warned the 0.25% increase
 in interest rates in October may have  
 caused uncertainty in the market.
