  FORMER PUPILS TO SUE "FAILING" SCHOOLS
  Two schools are being sued by two     
  former pupils who say they're         
  disappointed with their GCSE results. 
                                        
  The schools were judged by Government 
  inspectors to bj failing their pupils 
  and both students claim they didn't   
  receive an adequate education.        
                                        
  The pair, a boy and a girl, are now   
  studying at sixth form colleges and   
  want compensation for their tuition
